Cast as father and son in ‘Snow Falling On Cedars’. This scene recreates the evacuation of Japanese-Americans to prison camps after Pearl Harbor. The two women extras are actual survivors of that historic event and were photographed in 1942 as mother and baby in a famous image by Dorothea Lange.
